CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- A gaggle of sandpipers fly over glassy water just north of the Shuttle Landing Facility at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The sandpipers with dark heads are called Dunlins and those with white heads are called Sanderlings.
