NASA's GOES-P Meteorological Satellite Being Unloaded at Astrotech Facility Image

Scientists and engineers in a cleanroom at the Astrotech Space Operations facility in Titusville, Florida, are carefully unloading NASA's newly arrived GOES-P meteorological satellite from its transportation case. The GOES-P, developed by NASA for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), is intended for observing storm development and current weather conditions on Earth. This image can be used in articles on satellite technology, weather monitoring, space missions, collaborative scientific projects between government agencies, and astrophotography resources.
