The Space Shuttle Atlantis is touching down on Runway 33 at the Kennedy Space Center on January 22, 1997, concluding the fifth Shuttle-Mir docking mission. The shuttle returns from a 10 day, 4 hour, and 55 minute mission which saw the return of astronaut John E. Blaha from the Mir Space Station. The crew includes Commander Michael A. Baker, Pilot Brent W. Jett Jr., and mission specialists Marsha S. Ivins, Peter J. K. Wisoff, and John M. Grunsfeld.
