Stunning Spiral Galaxy Messier 63 - The Sunflower Galaxy Image
Messier 63, also known as the Sunflower Galaxy, displays beautifully detailed spiral arms resembling sunflower patterns. Captured by the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope, the image shows bright blue-white stars in its arms. Discovered in 1779 by Pierre Mechain, Messier 63 is in the constellation Canes Venatici, about 27 million light-years from Earth.
