In case you find any content on the Pikwizard website which you believe infringes copyright, you can send us a notification. The notification needs to include all relevant information.

Pikwizard respects the copyrights of third parties and according to our policy, as established by applicable regulations, we respond to all notifications about copyright infringement. After receiving the notification complying to the requirements mentioned below, we may initiate measures to remove, disable access to or imply similar further actions regarding the allegedly infringing material at our discretion. This may include disabling the account of a user. For this procedure, Pikwizard may contact the party that posted the content in question to give the opportunity to make a statement appropriate according to applicable regulations.

Copyright Infringement Notifications have to include the following:

• The signature of the person submitting the notification, handwritten or electronic.
• Clear identification of the material that the person submitting the notification claims to be infringed, or, if multiple, a list of the materials.
• Sufficient means of identification for Pikwizard to locate the material that the person submitting the notification wants removed or the access to disabled.
• Sufficient contact information for Pikwizard to communicate with the person submitting the notification, including but not limited to address, phone number and Email address.
• A statement expressing the belief of the person submitting the notification that he/she is of the opinion that the use of the material(s) is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
• A statement expressing that the information given by the person submitting the notification is truthful and accurate.

Pikwizard will execute the procedures of applicable regulations to ensure compliance with the copyrights of material shown on our website. If Pikwizard receives a notification in line with the regulations mentioned above, we will remove or disable the access to the infringing materials as soon as possible. Pikwizard will not necessarily notify the person submitting the notification about the removal/disabling of access.

Any statement made by the party that posted the material that is allegedly infringing must also be in line with the requirements stated above. Please note that you may be liable in case the material you posted infringes third parties rights. If you are unsure, we recommend you to seek legal advice.

If you have the evidence that the party posting the allegedly infringing material is a reoffender, you can provide Pikwizard with the relevant information in order to support your accusations so Pikwizard may take the necessary measures.

If the Copyright Infringement Notification is missing any of the requirements, it might not be valid.
